About the brand

Feel-Good Matcha.

We started off as a passion project, created by a frustrated corporate girly; a girl who loves matcha but couldn't find anyone doing it right. Artificial syrups, alternative milk options with ingredients you can't pronouce; drinks that look good in your camera roll but miss the point of wellness (which is what made matcha so popular to begin with!).

We built the very thing she was looking for; house-made syrups with no refined sugars, clean alternative milk options, and matcha sourced directly from Japan.

We are bringing matcha back to it's wellness roots but with a twist.

Salud!

Got Questions?

We've got answers

Why are your drinks so expensive?

We totally understand the initial sticker shock surrounding the price. Mucho Matcha is a clean-ingredient matcha drink brand. Every drink is made with matcha sourced from Japan, house-made syrups with no refined sugars, and clean milk options with no gums (or artificial anything!). We use quality ingredients to make each menu item and genuinely believe you'll feel the price to be justified once you've enjoyed one of our drinks.

Where is your matcha sourced from?

Our matcha is first harvest, sourced from the Yame region in Japan. Cultivars: Okumidori + Saemidori.

What milk options do you offer?

We offer non-dairy milk options only; banana milk, cashew milk, oat milk, almond milk and (horchata) rice milk.

Can I book Mucho Matcha for my event?

We are currently working on getting everything together to be able to cater to your private events! Please subscribe to our newsletter for word on when our booking platform will launch.

Can I request a special menu for my event?

Yes, absolutely!

Where and when can I find you?

We're launching at Nassau County farmers markets in 2027. Specific market dates, locations, and pop-up events will be announced through our newsletter and Instagram first — so make sure you're signed up below to know when we'll be near you. Since wellness is our priority, we also plan to team up with local fitness centers to bring Mucho Matcha to you as a treat you can enjoy post workout!
